Welcome to the 2014 Spring Energy Symposium Blog! We have created this blog for you to get details and insights into the Spring Energy Symposium (SES). It is your space to learn about the event as well as pre-network with your peers who will also be attending. What is pre-networking? Pretend this is an opening reception, without the stuffed mushroom caps. It is a place to interact with the SES community before the event and a place to get answers to questions, like: What can I expect from this event? How do I get the most from attending? What does PDT stand for? We will be encouraging you to interact by providing comments and asking questions.
SES is impressive this year. Over eighty member volunteers have planned seven tracks for Corporate Services and Customer Service utility professionals. Spend some time getting familiar with the entire agenda. You are asked to pick one home track during the registration process, but you are encouraged to sit in on other sessions.
Our event kicks off with our Keynote Speaker, Michael Valocchi, Partner, Global Energy and Utilities Industry Leader with IBM. Michael will be sharing insights on Business Model Transformation. He is well versed in change and transformation and has authored several Business Value Reports, provided below.
