Holacracy?

Zappos recently changed their organizational structure.  It is called a Holacracy , in which there are no job titles and no managers. Inc. and Wired  have written insightful overviews and perspectives.

What an interesting tactic and certainly an attempt at transformation. What do you think?  What components of this structure do you see working well? What challenges do you see? Post your comments!
